# browser_is_enabled

## Browser Is Enabled

Check if an element is enabled (not disabled). Returns true if the element doesn't have the 'disabled' attribute. Useful for checking if buttons, inputs, or other controls can be interacted with.

## Parameters

### Required

- `context_id` string required  
  The unique identifier of the browser context (e.g., 'ctx_000001')
- `selector` string required  
  CSS selector or natural language description of the element to check enabled state for

### Optional

- `index` string  
  When multiple elements match the selector, check the Nth element (0-based). Default: -1 (first match)
